Our home is approx. 1,700 sq. ft. Just a few minutes from Green Valley Resort and Casino, 10 minutes from the Strip and Airport in a quiet established neighborhood.

All furnishings are new, 3 Bedrooms: Large Master Bedroom with Barn Doors lead to walk-in closet and en-suite with granite counter, double sinks, rain shower and separate toilet room. 1st guest room has a Queen Size Bed, 2nd guest room has two twin beds. Guest Bath includes Shower/Tub comb and granite counters, Living room has 55" screen TV and sectional sofa with Queen
pull out bed, combined dining area seats 6. Fully equipted eat in Kitchen with granite counter tops has bay window over looking the pool and hot tub. Off the Kitchen is the Family Room which features a sliding glass door directly leading to the covered patio with ceiling fan, pool, hot tub and gas BBQ grill.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment.
Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as a hot tub or make use of other amenities including barbecue grills.

The rental was very nice other than the vinyl plank flooring is coming up & was awkward to walk across. We were really looking forward to using the hot tub after several long days of conference & walking but were unable to due to it not wanting to heat up. Overall we really liked the quiet neighborhood & would absolutely rent again. Owner was also very helpful when trying to get the hot tub to work.

Great place for our family to stay close to family and friends in Henderson. Heated pool and hot tub were great for our winter stay and house had plenty of towels. Also appreciated the black out curtains in the bedroom which helped with sleeping in and adding to our relaxing vacation.

Comfortable home has a nice pool and spa as well as a covered patio. Communication with owner was friendly and efficient. Property was clean and well maintained. It is located in a quiet neighborhood about a 29 minute drive to the strip.

We had an absolutely amazing time and the home was perfect! The pool was phenomenal and one of the best parts of our stay! Everything was exactly what we imagined and more. Check in was super easy and communication with the homeowner was spot on. My family has decided that we will rent this home each time we visit Las Vegas in the future. Easy access to shopping, sightseeing and a quick drive to the strip! This destination home was 5-Stars all the way!!

Perfect Spot

This place was perfect for our family of 6 on our Vegas/Grand Canyon/Zion vacation. The host was excellent, house was clean, pool was awesome. Great location. House had lots of extras like cleaning supplies, coffee and coffee filters, fans, paper towels, basic cooking spices, etc. Would stay here again.

Perfect for Our Needs

We just wanted to get away and this was perfect! We all spent our days swimming and lounging in the pool, played games, (many were available) and spending time interacting. Everything we needed was available to us. The property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet.
