They never came and cleaned the room then we called for the room to be clean. They still never came to clean it. We had to take the plug out of the shower unscrew it for the water to go down the toilet constantly ran. I get that it’s an older hotel. It was very quiet. First they mention not having room cleaning everyday is optional. But default is rooms till be cleaned everyday. But that never happened. You need to tell them for the cleaning and remind them. Their caller line keep having long queue. They don't have buffet breakfast or dinner options. There's no room service when if you order, but need to reach out to outlets individually. Fine for business trip but not great with family

Limited room amenities - no tea/coffee maker or even a hot water pot, no complimentary water. Body wash dispenser was empty - when we called housekeeping, no one was picking up. We front desk and was answered by a AI-manned front desk support. Surprisingly the bot was responsive ans was able to log the request. Carpet could have been cleaned better. Front desk was helpful, thank you! Food options inside the hotel is adequate. Loved the pool but some lounger chairs were for a fee.

Our experience with the check in process was terrible. The app wasn't working to allow us to check in, the self check-in wasn't working correctly, so after waiting a long time to self check-in and being unsuccessful, we had to wait in an even longer, very slow moving line to get to staff at the counter. There wasn't a heads up that they were having issues with self check-in and no explanation as to why and definitely not enough counter staff to check the large number of guests in. People who have traveled just want to get in to their room and relax, not stand in more lines!
