The staff was great, I would say super friendly and helpful. I end up in not renovated room, since i was there for one night I did not make a big deal about it. But honestly this room should stay out from renting. Food options was good for me, burgers were great and reasonably priced. The real minus no EV charging option on side, it's huge minus for 4 star hotel.

Great hotel for a good price in a good location. We were upgraded to a suite room, which was huge. The room was a little dated, however this was in the part of the hotel that was yet to be refurbished, so understandable. Bed was comfortable as was the couch and huge bathroom great. The pool areas were good and it is so nice to have the option of an adult only pool. The only thing that we didn’t like so much was that parts of the casino floor were smoking. As we didn’t spend any time on the casino floor, except to walk through on our way to other parts of the hotel, this was not such an issue, but the smell of cigarettes nevertheless stuck around. We would choose the Rio again, however, on future trips to Las Vegas. It’s good value for money and nicely close, but not too close, to the strip and all of its busy-ness.

You get what you pay for. Yea i was allowed to check in early for free. The water was off for hours and our air didnt work. I was given a $50 credit to accommodate for 4 days with no air and im pending getting the resort fee back. I wouldn't go back to the RIO again.
