It was a nice stay. My only drawback was the fact that there was no microwave for the left over food to be warmed up. I was unaware that there was smoking inside the property. Overall, the stay was good.

U would have liked the pools not to be freezing cold and for them to be open a little later than 7. If I knew the pills closed so early I wouldn't have stayed in this hotel.

Everything was great except for the second day of our stay. The tower elevators stopped working, and we couldn’t get to our room. We had to wait in line for over two hours along with a large crowd of guests trying to do the same. Only one elevator was working at that point, which meant at least a 30-minute wait every time we needed to go up or down the tower. The next day, there were still only two elevators operating, and the delays continued. We’ve stayed here before and never had any issues until now. Everything else about our stay was great, as usual, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars, but this was a major inconvenience.

I definitely enjoyed my stay here, staff was nice, room was nice, and I really had a fun time in the casino. I had two minor complaints that kept this a 5 star stay. The first and bigger one was the elevators not working. This caused huge lines to pile up at the elevators keeping people from going back to their rooms and when you did get on the elevator it took forever to get anywhere due to stopping on almost every floor. The next complaint was the room I booked through Expedia was different from the one that I got. This wasn’t that big of a deal since I got a great room still, more of just a heads up I guess.

The masquerade tower hasn’t been remodeled or updated yet. It was clean-ish, but very dated. Trash in corner of elevator for a few days. Each day, it seemed that housekeeping was adding to what was in the room. By day 3, we had Kleenex, lotion., and a few other bathroom items—none of which were there on day 1. On good days, 2 of the 4 elevators were working.

This hotel was not what I thought. The room was good if that is what you looking for. I got a suite with a jacuzzi that was amazing. Besides that the hotel pool was not hot at all( super cold) there were a lot of people giving complains about the water being so cold. The jacuzzi they de used to clean both of them on a Saturday and still cleaning them on Sunday that seems super weird. They don’t treat you good especially if you have a kid I don’t know why Vegas hate kids so much. They also said that if you get some points at the casino you will get perks with food and credits and that was a big lie too. We tried to complained about it and they did not solve it at all. I wish I could say something better but I really can’t

Comfortable room! Nice entertainment available.

The room was terrific (one broken item - desk mirror - that I could live without). Surprisinging quiet. I was in Masquerade Tower 21017. I didn't use the pool area so I have no comments for that. I went to Comedy Cellar one night (one OK comic, two very good, one awful) and the Star Wars burlesque which was really entertaining! The only thing I missed was a buffet for breakfast. There are several fast food places, so that was good, but for breakfast you had a choice between Starbucks or an expensive (though very good) breakfast restaurant.

The overall day wasn’t bad. The room was clean. Gas services was very addictive. The only inconvenience that I experience with my family was the fact that the pool was close at 6 PM and that was not noted or told anyone or even placed on the website and their tropical pool with the main reason why we decided to stay with him so that was a bit of an inconvenience for us, but overall that experience

Everyone there was nice. I’m not much of a gambler. I didn’t really benefit from that. However,for the money we paid the rooms should have been more up to par. Water stains on the ceiling, the couch smelled and had holes in it. No microwave in the room. The fridge does not have a door that indicates it’s the freezer. Pizza we bought was frozen. Did not know there was no microwave. A lot of the furniture stained and out of date. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Could not check in on the self check in kiosk. The money we paid for the resort a day, a lot of things should have been free. A lot of the shops not open long enough or open at all. I hope not putting a microwave in the rooms is a tactic of yours to make people spend more money. If so ,shame on you. But I do like that house keeping is on it as far as making sure you have towels ect. I was excited to stay here as I knew it was renovated and updated. Upon my arrival I noticed the rooms,elevators and some things were not.
