We were left very disappointed this morning as we were unable to get on the shuttle to the airport as promised. We checked in at 3pm sharp and requested to be booked on the 0430 shuttle to the airport. It was mentioned no less than 3 times to the associate at the desk and we were assured we had a reservation for the shuttle. Come morning, we go to the lobby and the staff at the desk looks nervous that we were there. They asked if we had a reservation. We said yes. They couldn't find it. They made a phone call and left us standing there waiting. I wanted to just call an uber and be done with it, but we stood there waiting anyway as there could be a chance to get on the bus. Nope. After wasting 15 minutes waiting, we were denied boarding. A huge reason we picked this hotel was for the convenience of the shuttle. Terribly disappointed.

This was a very pleasant surprise. Just stayed one night to catch a plane home from LAS. Was a new facility, close to rental car location so we turned in the car the night before and walked to the hotel. Then they had a shuttle to the airport the next morning. Small but good breakfast before the shuttle. Very comfy bed. Staff was very helpful and firendly.

Breakfast was pretty non-descript. Hot choices would be appreciated. We tried to use the shuttle, but it was full. It was convenient for returning our rental car. Really nothing else within walking distance.
