Airport shuttle was an abysmal experience. I called and was told 6 or 7 minute wait. 30 minutes later, after no one showing up and being on constant lookout, another person said it would be another 30 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called again asking where the shuttle was. The original guy told me it would now be another hour, sometime after 1am. I just want honesty. If there is too much traffic, tell me, so I can get another ride, but don’t string me along and make me wait and wait for a shuttle that is not coming.

Great place to stay off of the Strip

I had a wonderful stay at the Spark by Hilton hotel. It was very clean, modern and in close proximity to the Town Square. The staff was friendly and courteous! The room was very clean! The bed was very comfortable! The walk in shower and bathroom were spacious and clean. The hotel is smoke free and was quiet and relaxing! There is a muffin, bagel & cereal bar with fresh fruit daily! There's also yogurt and toppings too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who would like to be away from the strip but have access to it in minutes.

Great hotel

We had a great stay here. I wasn’t sure what to expect, I’ve never heard of this hotel, but it was great. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. I brought supper for my kids, McDonald’s didn’t give us ketchup, my daughter was upset, the workers looked everywhere for some but couldn’t find any, but just them taking the time meant a lot to us. I stayed with my 3 littles and felt safe and was happy with the clean room. We will stay again.
