Great place! It is family friendly. You have access to MGM pools including lazy river. There is plenty of dunning options at the Signature, MGM, or Miracle Mile (about 5 minute walk). If you’re traveling in tge hotter months, you’ll be able to walk through the cool walkway between the Signature and MGM.

The only issues I had was the wifi was very poor, tv didn’t work or had no channels and LOUD music from 11am till 5pm so taking an afternoon nap was impossible. But, I loved the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom

I loved the fact that everything was accessible from pool to casino and walking out in the streets,my view on 29th floor was beautiful I could see beautiful Vegas lights at night.The valet was easy and fast,I had a kitchen in my room so i could make my own breakfast or food if i wanted to,but it was a great place to stay in Vegas and very affordable too.I would really recommend this suites for everyone who wants to go to Vegas

The Signatures: always a great stay

Fantastic stay, as always! The unit is very comfortable. Locating is great. We love to come to The Signatures and find a high value comfort/location/price/servicewise. I'm glad many visitors didn't realize the value of this great package and I can usually get a room in one of three towers. The kitchenette with the mini fridge and electric cooktop makes the stay more comfortable, especially late night after a long tiring day out. Parking is free ! Monorail adds even more value to this location. Crossing the bridge to NY NY and getting on the Tram for free is another great value! The entertainment is awesome. Sometimes it's hard to choose where to spend the evening. The best part: you can stay at the property or you can choose something to do on the Strip and get effortlessly to your chosen location

Signature MGM is a wonderful property to stay at. The rooms/suites are great, spacious, and offer unique amenities that other local area hospitals do not offer. The valet parking was very convenient and the staff were prompt with any questions and issues.

Our stay at STRIPVIEW SUITES at The Signature was fantastic. The suite was spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped for our family of 7. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds, and everything we needed to feel at home. The check-in was easy, the building felt safe, and it was a peaceful escape from the busy Strip. Highly recommend for families or larger groups! Loved the pools.

The location of Signature suits at MGM is exelent.Building very well kept with beautiful landscape. We stayed at 32 fllr that provided us a breathtaking view on a City and strip.Its not exactly on a strip but in about 0.5 mile to the central btoadway.Very quiet and nice atmosphere. Only bad thing that related to our stay was inability to get access to room service.Room was privately owned by private company and didn't provide any necessary services.You have to pay 99$ to clean you room and 20$to get clean towels.We came in the middle of the night and wasn't able to get any drinking water,no wending mashines on a property available. Second disappointment was how dirty was carpet and curtains in a room and tired looking furniture.The room badly reguired deep cleaning and remodeling.If you allergic to dust,don't go there. To prove my words I wll appload my pictures below.
