Thunderbird Hotel !!??

I booked for Super 8 ., no where did u read that Thunderbird Hotel is where I would actually be booked . Went to super 8 that front desk agent started the process then walked me over to the other other. Front desk agent there clearly training , because the process seemed confusing for her. Elevator didn’t work . I was on the third floor so that wasn’t too pleasant.
