VEGAS STOP

This was a great hotel and very reasonable as long as you don't want to stag right on the strip. Room was great anc even included breakfast. Lots of dining options close to the hotel as well as restaurants in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The Ahern exists on another plane from any other hotel I've stayed at in Las Vegas. No long line for check in, outstanding free breakfast (not some shoddy buffet), Exceptionally clean rooms and public spaces. Free parking! Didn't really have time to take advantage of other amenities at the Ahern (due to conference scheduling) but I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only interacted with a few of the staff, but they were friendly and seemed genuinely happy and approachable, unlike the silicone smiles of many of the service folks in Las Vegas. Las Vegas (especially if you are attending a conference) can seem *very transactional. Never felt that way at the Ahern.

I highly recommend this hotel. I felt safe, the staff was kind and helpful, it was clean and didn’t smell like a dirty casino. The breakfast was great (it was an actual meal, not just continental). Parking was free and the parking spaces were spacious. I will definitely consider staying there again.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Close enough to the strip without being loud and annoying. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel instead of being trapped in a casino. 2 blocks to the monorail which made it easy to get to the strip without having to take Ubers. Close to a bike share location so getting downtown was also super easy. Breakfast was included which was nice. It wasn’t a normal dumpy continental breakfast, but didn’t include coffee though. Parking was easy, convenient and free. Definitely would stay here again!

Hidden Gem

I booked this hotel so I could be near the airport for an early flight. It was the cheapest so I booked it last minute. This place is amazing! A very classy and clean establishment with wonderful workers. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful. Charles the bartender was my favorite. Such a great human and employee. The rooms are very clean and very nice. Parking was nice and convenient, especially if you have luggage. Check in was quick and efficient. I will absolutely stay here again the future and highly recommend this hotel. My only complaint would be- and it may hav what been my room (303)- was the water pressure in the shower was quite low. Wasn’t an unpleasant shower, just a little cold and took longer than usual. Other than that, a wonderful place. And for anyone wondering, the rooms do have refrigerators. I couldn’t find anything online about it so I assumed they didn’t have any but they actually have a good sized fridge in the room.
