We absolutely enjoyed our stay the brand new renovated Rio masquerade towers did not disappoint. We had a full-size room which was like a suite. The food options here are great. You really don’t have to leave and go on the strip because there’s so much to eat drink and enjoy at this location. It was recently taken over by Hyatt and you can tell.

The rooms were dated but it was clean. Glad I got 2 queens even though it’s just me, the one bed was broken and needed replacing. Location is very good and convenient. Very easy online and kiosk checkin.

The room was a good size and the layout was interesting and nice, it was a bit old though. Old electrical plugs and some didn't work. Also there was a smell in the bathroom area of old mildew water, like a sewage smell that was bad. It is definitely time for a remodel or upgrade to the room in that tower.

Everything was perfect except the water temperature only reached a certain amount of warmth. Couldn’t really take a long hot shower. Temperature was luke warm, therefore unable to shower as long as I wanted. I was freezing my entire shower. Other than that, all was exceptional.
