Unsafeiy matter !!!

Rio was a great place to stay I have stayed here before but never experienced what I did today very bad and safely matter where the elevators was not working only one going up down had to wait 1 hr to get on from the 24 th floor I’m ADA disabled so there was no way to walk all the stairs should have been something done quickly

Called security 3 times to report the noise and music coming from our neighboring room no one came. Also the smoke alarm kept beeping no one came to fix it.

Book a “newly remodeled room” only to check in and be given a room that smelled like a cross of mold and weed and had torn and stained carpet, a mattress from 2010 and constant arguing from other guests.

Room at mas tower is so old. Carpet dirty couch had stains bathroom no shower gel no lotion we had to request to change room as soon as we stepped in. At first they denied any room change after 40 mins they decided to move us to new tower. There was water leaking on floor in new room next day we had to move again to 3rd room. Very inconvenient

The property and staff were for the most part very friendly. The check-in experience was somewhat challenging but doable,with patience. The front desk was completely understaffed.There was an extreme lack of information @ the pool with costs unposted and changing daily. We had an unfortunate issue in our room 2nd night with water pouring into our bathroom from upstairs through the potlight. We had to transfer to another room which was in very poor condition and again moved with no king bed and 3 hours later. Thank God for Giles who personally stepped in and made it happen.
