Hotel nickel et conforme en soit, mais on m'a fait payer deux fois le prix de la chambre, une fois sur le site pour valider ma réservation et une fois en arrivant sur place en m'assurant que je n'avais payé qu'une première partie en ligne. J'ai rapidement constaté l'erreur et la dame de l'accueil m'a tout de suite redirigée vers une adresse mail à contacter pour recevoir un remboursement, mais je suis sans nouvelles depuis maintenant deux semaines, malgré des relances. J'espère encore recevoir des nouvelles.

Honteux J’ai pris une nuit dans cet hôtel et j’ai payer la chambre deux fois, une fois sur internet et une fois sur place on m’a demander de repayer car sois disant le paiement internet n’était qu’un paiement virtuel qui ne sera pas débiter……. Évidement j’ai été débiter deux fois !!!! depuis j’essaye en vain de joindre la réception qui ne me répond jamais, j’ai envoyer une dizaine de mails également sans réponse !

Photo non conforme pour commencer Il faisait très froid : un chauffage dans la chambre, mais condamné ! Un trou dans le mur qui laisse bien passer l’air froid, une couverture tellement fine que je la confondais avec un drap J’ai quand même payé 57 euros la nuit, si j’avais payé 10 euros je dis pas mais de qui se moque t-on-? Une tache de dans sur l’oreiller , juste magnifique J’avais payé deux nuits, suis partie à la première Jamais vu ça
