Honteux J’ai pris une nuit dans cet hôtel et j’ai payer la chambre deux fois, une fois sur internet et une fois sur place on m’a demander de repayer car sois disant le paiement internet n’était qu’un paiement virtuel qui ne sera pas débiter……. Évidement j’ai été débiter deux fois !!!! depuis j’essaye en vain de joindre la réception qui ne me répond jamais, j’ai envoyer une dizaine de mails également sans réponse !

Photo non conforme pour commencer Il faisait très froid : un chauffage dans la chambre, mais condamné ! Un trou dans le mur qui laisse bien passer l’air froid, une couverture tellement fine que je la confondais avec un drap J’ai quand même payé 57 euros la nuit, si j’avais payé 10 euros je dis pas mais de qui se moque t-on-? Une tache de dans sur l’oreiller , juste magnifique J’avais payé deux nuits, suis partie à la première Jamais vu ça

Arrivée tard, écran d’accueil en panne, heureusement sonnette d’urgence et une personne aimable est venu m’ouvrir. Chambre minuscule, froide, radiateur électrique en panne, (en plein hiver), douche et wc sur le palier (j’étais pas au courant) … Bref franchement pas top, vu le prix pas cher, faut s’y attendre mais bon y’a des limites…

J’ai commander 1 chambre avec deux lit double sur internet, puis arriver sur le lieux après avoir attendu 15min le temps que la femme à l’entrée trouve ma commande. Je suis déçu au final car j’ai eu un lit double avec un ami. Sans parler du fait des cries d’enfants dans les couloirs les matin. Puis les femmes de ménage qui fesais du bruit. Bref je ne reviendrez plus
