Our beautiful new apartment is located in a newly renovated country house, the high-quality furniture is newly equipped with box spring beds and offers 65qm upscale living quality. In the new kitchen there is oven, Ceranplatte with 4 hobs, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. New dishes are available for 6 people. The dining area is in the kitchen and can accommodate 6 people. The new bathroom is equipped with bath and shower. They can grill on the forecourt on a kettle grill. The garden is currently being redesigned and offers from the spring terrace and sunbathing area and table tennis. They have a separate entrance. Private parking is available directly at the house in sufficient numbers. The apartment is conveniently located near Salzburg and is connected to the public transport, the bus stop is within 1 minute walking distance. Excursion destinations in Salzburg and Berchtesgadener Land are in close proximity within a few minutes. Salzburg with its sights is only 12 km away. Here you will find shopping malls such as the outlet center near the airport as well as culinary delights such as "running sushi" and first-class restaurants serving Far Eastern or regional cuisine. Numerous leisure activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming or horseback riding or skiing can be practiced in the immediate vicinity. In Freilassing, 7 km away, there are numerous beauty shops and fitness clubs. There is also the long-distance train station towards Salzburg and Munich.

Quiet place to stay

Lovely place to stay out of the way from town but close enough for lots of sites. Check-in was very easy. The bathroom was large and spacious, parking space and front lawn were very cluttered but otherwise apartment was as advertised.

20mins from Salzburg

It is a quiet location within an easy 20 minutes drive to Salzburg park & ride. The bathroom and bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is basic but ok for a few nights. There is an oven but no microwave due to a lack of space. You have to climb several steps to reach the apartment from the parking area so avoid if stairs are tricky. The outside area will be lovely once finished. Overall, a good base for seeing Salzburg

Great location and family spot for Salzburg and Bavaria exploring

The lovely spacious apartment is in a quiet location but so close to Salzburg and other tourist attractions such as Eagle Nest and Salt Mines. Lovely host, lovely little summer patio, comfortable beds, room for a family with luggage, large bathroom with bath/shower. If we visit the area to visit our friends again we will choose to return. Thank you for a lovely couple of days :)

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft; sauber, gute Ausstattung, für den täglichen Gebrauch ist alles vorhanden, der Eingangsbereich dient auch als Terrasse so dass die Wohnung dadurch sogar größer erscheint. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Leider sind die zwei Schlafzimmer mit einer Tür verbunden, die zwar durch die Kleiderschränke versperrt ist, dadurch aber doch sehr hellhörig ist. Mit Kleinkindern, die nicht durchschlafen können, etwas ungünstig.

Wohnung in der Nähe von Salzburg

Sehr netter, freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Wohnung leider etwas düster, Geschirr nicht ausreichend vorhanden, dadurch musste man die Spülmaschine leider öfter nutzen als nötig, zu wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten in der Küche, Waschmaschine und Staubsauger wären auch schön gewesen. Insgesamt sehr minderwertiges Mobiliar, ausgenommen Doppelbett(Boxspring) und Nachtschränke. Umgebung (Grundstück) leider Baustellen-Flair, sehr unordentlich, nicht zum Wohlfühlen und verweilen! Deshalb Preis, unseres Empfindens, nicht gerechtfertigt !

Gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft, neben den verfügbaren zwei Einzelbetten und einem Doppelbett wurde uns für einen Aufpreis von 20€ ein weiteres gemütliches Bett zu Verfügung gestellt, ansonsten kann auch auf der Couch eine Person schlafen. Die Wohnung ist vollständig renoviert und modernisiert, sehr gepflegt und gemütlich, auch Stauraum ist genügend vorhanden. Vor der Tür gibt es zudem noch eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist etwas von Laufen und entsprechend von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt, dafür ist es aber auch schön ruhig. In Laufen selbst gibt es aber gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Obgleich sie im selben Haus wohnen, hat man völlig seine Ruhe.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Sehr positiv ist uns aufgefallen, wie gut die Küche ausgestattet ist. Auch der Informations und Check-In Vorgang waren reibungslos. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Vor die Tür gesetzt

Das Appartement ist nett eingerichtet. Bad und Schlafzimmer gefielen uns sehr gut. Die Küchenzeile ist klein und zweckmäßig. Die Außenanlagen sind Baustelle. Das Grundstück ist in einem sehr unordentlichen Zustand und macht keinen guten Eindruck. Leider wurde uns trotz gültiger Buchung und Vorabzahlung gesagt, dass wir nach der 2. von 3 Nächten bitte packen sollen, da das Appartement bereits wieder vermietet ist. Der Vermieter erstattet einen Teil der Kosten. Uns mit 4 Kindern (davon 2 kleine) einfach so rauszuschmeißen, ist u. E. nicht korrekt. Fazit: ganz klar keine Empfehlung. Genügend Alternativen in der Umgebung!
