You will immediately fall in love with this sprawling, private, heavily-wooded, 40-acre estate featuring a large spring-fed stocked pond and some of the highest elevations in Hocking County. Inside, your cozy, well-equipped Chalet will accommodate up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large, open kitchen, upper-level loft, and finished lower level featuring a rec room with billiards and entertainment area. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We really enjoyed this property. The place and hottub was clean, pond was fun, location perfect. Great communication and quick responses. We lost our dog while there and they were very understanding (he was eventually rescued 3 days after we left because of the amazing next renters). 40 acres were great for privacy and exploring but can use some hiking trails. Kitchen well stocked, pool table area really fun, lots of games for the kids.

Rustic and cute

Overall a nice property, we enjoyed the covered porch and living room space since it rained a majority of our visit. Loved the vibe and very secluded location while still being near enough to town and trails. Property was clean but all the cooking pots and pans were old and had the teflon peeling off as a health hazard. The firepit space was nice but I wish there had been lights because it got super dark out there and hard to see! I wish prior to booking the owner mentioned extra fees and stringent rules on having dogs. It says pet friendly but they actually only allow 2 dogs so we had to come up with accommodations for our friends who came in.

Perfect Family Getaway!!

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless everything was. The cabin had everything we could possibly need, down to the tea tree spa-style toiletries, which were such a nice touch. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing, and the patios were the perfect spot to sit back, unwind, and take in the beautiful view of the pond, where the kids spent hours playing and fishing.It was also truly pet-friendly, which can be hard to find! Our two dogs had an absolute blast exploring, and it was such a relief to stay somewhere that was genuinely family-friendly where we could actually relax and enjoy our time together. Though our stay was short, it far exceeded our expectations. We fished, played pool, enjoyed cozy nights by the fire, and truly made the best memories. This place is a hidden gem, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Hocking Hills Cabin

I spent days looking at hundreds of cabins in the area, there are so many to choose from. But I think I picked the most perfect of all! The cabin (luxury cabin) was beautiful and had the perfect woodsy vibe. The location was great to travel to all the area attractions. And the private location was wonderful. Just the best cabin in all of Hocking Hills!

Overall a great house

Overall this house was a great place to stay. It’s perfectly secluded in the woods…but not too far in the woods :) I’m sure in fall it is absolutely stunning! The only reason I gave this place 4/5 stars and not all five is because: * there were no fitted sheets on the bed just a flat sheet tucked in like a fitted sheet and also there were no mattress protectors on the mattresses which I feel is pretty necessary for sanitary reasons. * there were extra pillows to use but no extra pillow cases to place on them *also at most rental houses we have stayed at they have provided a little welcome basket of sorts with a couple essentials and also may have like little extras (foil/food storage containers/coffee/small bundle of wood(no having to be purchased)/propane (not having to be purchased)/etc). Those few things, in my eyes, set rental houses apart from others.
