With a living space of 50 m2, spread over one floor, this accommodation offers a perfect blend of traditional construction and modern comfort, ideal for those who want to take a break amidst the picturesque mountain scenery. Renovations were carried out in 2015 (living, kitchen and sleeping areas) and 2024 (shower/WC) to guarantee you a contemporary holiday experience.

Inside, a separate, functionally furnished kitchen with dining area awaits you, equipped with everything you need for culinary self-catering: Fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and even special crockery for raclette and cheese fondue. The cosy living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV/radio, while the bedroom is furnished with two single beds, an additional fold-out bed stool and a free baby cot for children up to the age of three. The rustic design with low ceiling height (approx. 195cm) ensures an authentic living experience.

The outdoor area boasts a balcony and an outdoor seating area with breathtaking mountain views. Equipped with tables, chairs and deckchairs, this is the ideal place to enjoy the surroundings to the full. An outdoor barbecue and a lockable room for sports equipment are also at your disposal. The shared use of the house's laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer promises additional convenience. For guests arriving by car, there is a tarmac driveway accessible all year round and parking directly in front of the house.

The area surrounding the holiday flat offers a wealth of leisure activities that will make the heart of any nature and sports lover beat faster.
