Parking is in a city around 1000 meters below Mürren. You have to 10 CHF for parking per day as well as 23.40 CHF round trip to use the Gondola unles you want to commit to a 3 hour hike. After you take the Gondola then hotel is only. 1/4 mile walk up hill to the Grand Palace. Hotel also had no A/C. The hotel itself is beautiful with friendly staff and a gorgeous view of the alps.

This hotel was a dream! The staff really went out of their way to create an exceptional experience! The hotel is gorgeous and is in an incredible location with stunning views. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the beautiful spa facilities. The only recommendation would be to improve the breakfast. Of the 7 hotels we stayed it had the worst breakfast due to its lack of options. Would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is stunning inside and out. They recently opened up a spa+gym that connects to the main hotel. The only drawback is that you have to walk up a slightly steep incline with your luggage. There is no other way to get to the hotel.

Beautiful renovated Hotel

Hotel murren was a beautiful renovated hotel. Everything was in working order. Restaurants were close and hiking was everywhere. Just know that you have to walk when you get off the train. There are no cars in the town. Everyone was kind and attentive. We would definitely return

I had a great stay, I enjoyed the SPA facilities and also the Bar and Restaurant offered a wide range of delicious drinks and food. Also the costumer service is great and very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Palace when going to Mürren!
