Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Firstly - the ocean view bure we booked was a horrid cold damp hut looking out over a garden. Sheets were stained, was all just very old and grimey.
They did allow us an upgrade luckily as we were so upset.
I found the staff to be disingenuous - bula how are you, but said through a forced must. I felt staff had a real attitude of ‘not my problem’ here, service was shocking. I wanted to order a taxi, oh come back later lovely lady, aka lazy, then the evening meal service was shocking - I ordered a drink and it took me asking 4 separate staff where it was before I went up to the bar to get it myself, not a sorry, just a laugh. Really disingenuous. Because there are SO MANY staff everywhere they obviously think they can get away with getting someone else to do it, again lazy.
We never got our welcome drinks either - again we asked 5 staff by which point we said we’d never eat there again. We ate next door at the marina - highly recommend that place.
Would never come back to Fiji because of this experience.
