Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The Oasis is nice and the family enjoyed it. Only cons is everything is overpriced on the property and house keeping was at our door at 9 am for an 11am check out.

NEVER AGAIN

We will NEVER stay here again. I was here just two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. Thinking the same would happen, imagine how gravely disappointed I was when we had the exact opposite happen. Unbeknowns to me Hiphop International was in town when we arrived. I was booked to stay in the Camelback building. Since Hiphop International was in town and it mainly kids and teens competing, they had a literal party in the court yard behind the Camelback building that went until four am. This is a luxery resort with luxery prices. I would have slept better with the crack heads outside at Motel 8 AND saved $300. I do not understood how the response given by the front desk- "Well, we are having an event." is acceptable. I do not care about an event when at 2, 3, 4 am and these kids are literally outside jamming to music and screaming. I have worked in hotels in the past,security should have been out in full force, especially at for event this huge. Also, the room was dirty, and the paint was peeling behind the curtains. I will NEVER come back. I cannot believe I wasted $400 for us to "enjoy" kids partying and screaming. We left early.This was an extremely disappointing experience. I will actively tell everyone in hopes this "hotel" loses business. I asked for a manager to call me but I doubt there will be follow up. Save your money, you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

I love going to the Arizona Grand for staycations with my children. We celebrate summer birthdays at the water park! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and comfortable. The regular beds are incredibly comfortable, but the fold out beds are ridiculously uncomfortable! Anyone who is relegated to a fold out bed in a suite will sleep on a thin mattress with hard springs. I pad them with blankets to make them workable.

Perfect spot for a birthday weekend getaway

This resort was so worth every penny spent better are comfortable. The food was great. Drinks were wonderful overall I will definitely visit this resort again

It was a nice place only 1 ice machine for the entire wing no ice available ever. Also the beds were not Comfortable at all. I felt like I was sinking into the middle. The pull out bed had brown stains all over the bottom. Which was noticeable When you took off the cushions to pull out the bed. But you he pools and the property itself looked Very nice

Worst room experience for the price the room was

The check in process was slow due to the hip hop event. The bed had some kind of cream on the sheet. The frame on the roof is coming apart. When room service was ordered the food was not made correctly and took then an additional 30 minutes to bring ranch to the room
