Sublime appartement 3 étoiles, dans chalet neuf situé au -2 du quartier de Masseboeuf , station du Lioran.

Ce logement neuf livré en Février 2022 se compose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, avec lave-vaisselle, four, réfrigérateur/congélateur, appareil à raclette, cafetière Nespresso et à filtre ... La salle à manger, séjour, donne accès à une belle terrasse équipée de mobilier de jardin pour pouvoir manger dehors tout en profitant d'une magnifique vue sur les montagnes environnantes . Comptant une chambre avec un lit double de 160x200 cm et une deuxième chambre avec deux lits simples en 90x190, il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes grâce au canapé convertible pour 2 personnes en 140x190 dans le salon.
La salle de bain est équipé d'une grande douche de plain-pied, et vous trouverez également une machine à laver et un sèche-linge.
Le WC est séparé.
Une place de parking couverte ainsi qu'un casier à skis privé complètent ce bien magnifiquement équipé. Ce logement est idéal en été comme en hiver pour profiter du ski et des randonnées, car il est situé au bord des pistes de ski et des sentiers tel que le GR4.

Si vous disposez d'un véhicule électrique, la place attitrée à ce logement aura un accès à une prise de chargement, pour pouvoir en bénéficier un supplément de 25 euros vous sera demandé à votre arrivée.
