Magnifique 2 chambres terrasse face aux Montagnes

Superb apartment located in the deer rock at Lioran, just a few metres from the deer rock ski slope, convenient for ski lovers who can walk directly there.

Consisting of a first bedroom with 2 bunk beds in 90x190, then a second with a bed in 140x190, this accommodation has a capacity to accommodate 8 people. A 2-seater sofa bed is located in the living room with TV which is open to the fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine...) and dining area with its large central table.

Completely renovated, it is 80m2 and furnished with taste, fully equipped. It has a very large terrace with table and benches to enjoy its full south orientation on sunny days.



You will have at your disposal 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which has its own toilet. An independent toilet completes the sanitary facilities.

For your comfort, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are also present in the accommodation.



The location is also perfect for walkers as it is located 200 m from hiking trails leading towards the forests and ridges of the Plomb du Cantal massif, 200 m from the Rocher du Cerf track from where you can take the "Remberter Chairlift" to practice downhill mountain biking, 500 m from the Plomb du Cantal cable car which accompanies you to the summit.

You can park right in front of the rental along the road with free access. Limited number of spaces for the main vehicle during school holiday periods. A free public car park is available further down for other vehicles.

Bed linen and towels are not provided, we can rent these upon request via our agency. Non-smoking accommodation where animals are not accepted.
