La Crosona is the right place for you if you are looking for accommodation away from the chaos and overcrowding that guarantees you privacy and tranquility but still very close to Lake Garda.
La Crosona was once a stable for cows. Today it is a small farmhouse consisting of only 4 apartments, all on the ground floor directly overlooking a huge green area.
"La Crosona 3" is a spacious two-room apartment with independent entrance, directly overlooking the garden and the olive grove.
Living area: kitchen with induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, pots, dishes and accessories, dining table, sofa.
Sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe, desk, single bed.
Private bathroom with spacious shower cabin. Hairdryer, towel warmer.
PRICE INCLUDED: Parking, wifi, air conditioning/heating, initial supply of bed linen and towels, final cleaning.
No cleaning service during the stay.
It is possible to request a change of linen, an extra service, for a fee.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people, including babies and children. We do not have a cot, bed, high chair or other equipment for children.
DOGS:
Up to 2 dogs are allowed, regardless of breed, weight or size. Dogs stay for free.
Cats or other animals are not allowed.
According to the rules, it is not possible to leave dogs (or children) alone/unattended locked inside the apartment.
There is no private fence for exclusive use: the estate is located in a large green area with fruit trees and olive trees, through which you can walk freely with your dogs. There is also a natural stream, usually much appreciated by the more adventurous and water-loving dogs.

check-in is possible from 5 pm. Please communicate your actual arrival time in advance. You will be welcomed in person and will be given all the information you need to be completely independent. Upon check-in, all guests must show an identity document for the normal registration procedures. (In case of minors not accompanied by a legal guardian, contact us!) You will also be required to pay the municipal tourist tax, which amounts to €1 per adult per night.
You will be given one (1) keycard to access the accommodation. Attention! In case of loss or damage of the keycard, a penalty of €100 will be required.
La Crosona is only 3 km from the lake shore, amusement parks and nightlife. However, it is located in the countryside in a secluded position. To get around, you need to use a car or bicycle.

The location is very convenient as a starting point for exploring Lake Garda: you can reach the Villa dei Cedri Thermal Park, the Gardaland, Caneva, Movieland amusement parks by car in a few minutes. Peschiera is 5 minutes away, Venice is 90 minutes away.
