This beautiful modern wooden clad house provides exceptional standard of comfort and facilities. The stunning location, the beautiful Perigord Noir region of the Dordogne Valley, is steeped in history with many Prehistoric sites, just a short drive away. Situated close to the village of Le Buisson de Cadouin, Le Buisson is perfectly located for visiting the many tourist areas, with only a short drive to many other beautiful villages of the region, such as Belves, Domme and Castelnaud, to name just a few, as well as the many Prehistorc Gouffres, Caves and Troglodytic sites close by. Le Buisson provides spacious, comfortable accommodation with 4 bedrooms, (1 king, 1 double and 2 twins) and is ideal for large family groups or 2 families sharing. Change-over day is on a Friday. Guests are invited to check in after 4pm and Check out by 9:30am.
All bed linen and towels as well as pool towels are included as well as an end of stay clean. A mid week linen and towel change can be requested at an extra cost if your stay is longer than 7 days.
Ground floor: entrance is into the large, tiled, open plan living/dining room, with modern, well equipped kitchen area off, and separate utility room with washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave etc. The living area has comfortable seating for 8 people, and the large dining table seats 8 people with ease. A large selection of books, games etc are available to keep young and old entertained alike! as well as IPTV and Wifi. The living room leads out through large double patio doors onto the terrace, shaded by a wind out terrace canopy, and overlooks the pool, ideal for keeping a watchful eye on children playing in the pool.
A few steps from the entrance area leads up to: Master Bedroom 1 with king bed and patio doors onto side terrace. Large Bathroom 1 with standalone shower cubicle, bath and basin. Separate W.C
Flight of wooden stairs leads to: The mezzanine area, which overlooks the main living area, with further bedroom, bathroom and w.c. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bathroom 2 with shower cubicle, basin. Separate W.C.

Outdoors: The private pool, (10m x 5 m) is surrounded by wooden decking, with sun loungers, seating and dining table and chairs. BBQ. The pool is open from June to September. The open garden area is ideal for outdoor games. Please note there is NO hot tub.
Local area: The local town of Le Buisson de Cadouin, is just 10 minutes walk away for all local amenities. There is a choice of shops, bars, restaurants, a bank, tourist office, post office, cinema and Pharmacy. There is a train station on the direct line to Bordeaux and other places of interest. The weekly Friday market is one of the biggest in the area, and between the end of June and the beginning of September, many of the local villages and towns have weekly night markets where you can buy food and drink and enjoy live music whilst rubbing shoulders with the locals! Le Buisson de Cadouins night market is on a Friday from 7pm. A few minutes drive, takes you to a choice of beautiful villages, such as Cadouin, full of history with its UNESCO Abbey and being on the famous St Jacques de Compostelle trail. Also close by, are the beautiful villages of Belves, Domme and Castelnaud, with a choice of restaurants, bars and shops, all typical of the region. Market days vary from village to village, so always something interesting to visit, as well as an abundance of historic tourist attractions, Prehistorc Gouffres, Caves and Troglodytic sites. It is just over an hour away from the world famous Lascaux Prehistoric site. The Dordogne river is within easy reach for picnics, canoeing, fishing etc.
