Discover this beautiful 48 m² apartment located in the Obiou54 residence that can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideally located just 70 metres from the slopes, it has a large balcony offering a pleasant view of the fir trees and the mountain slope.



Push open the entrance door and discover a pleasant living room leading to the balcony. The kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary for cooking. Share your meals around the large dining table that seats 8 people. In the evening, after a beautiful day of skiing or hiking, gather with family or friends in the living room with its comfortable sofa, television, and coffee table.



The night area consists of 3 bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm). The second has a bunk bed. The third, more spacious, can accommodate up to 4 people with a bunk bed and two single beds (90x190 cm), which can be brought together to form a double bed if needed.



You will also find a bathroom with a shower as well as two separate toilets in the accommodation.
