Composed on the ground floor of a living room with bz 1 place in 120cm (tv, air conditioning and wifi), overlooking the terrace with all the necessary furniture and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms each with a double bed 140cm and air conditioning, one with a solarium of 15m², ideal for sunbathing. All comfort. Very close to shops and 10min walk to the beach. Furnished and equipped for 5 people. Pets not allowed.
