Your vacation rental at the Grau du Roi. Quiet, located 500m from the beach, in the immediate vicinity of shops and the city center, you will be charmed by this atypical village house of about 80m2, with garden not overlooked.
This house can accommodate 6 people maximum. You can enjoy in conviviality, with friends or family, its pretty garden, with table and chairs for 6 people, for breakfast, barbecue, sunbathing.
It is close to all shops and the beach of the right bank, area both quiet and close to everything, very sought after and appreciated by our customers.
You can enjoy an equipped kitchen with bar, open to a large cozy living room, with dining table for 6 people, sitting area with TV and stone fireplace.
Upstairs: You will find two comfortable rooms. The first has a double bed with 140 bedding, the second bedroom has a bunk bed, the third bed is on the mezzanine, on an open space.
A bathroom with basin and walk-in shower.
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

This house is located on the right bank of the Grau du Roi, an emblematic place of identity marking the entrance to the Fishing Port. A great place to live within walking distance of all amenities and the beach.
Only 100 m from the beach, it is an ideal place for your holiday.
Boucanet du Grau du Roi beach is located to the west of the city centre. This beach extends from La Grande Motte to the beach on the right bank, about 3 km of sand. There are two supervised areas on this beach. One before the CHU du Grau du Roi coming from La Grande Motte, near the Boucanet pine forest and the other on Boulevard Jean Bastide. Only the first area is labeled Handiplage.
The general environment of this beach is nice with some small dunes and a nice width of sand.
Ideal beach with children because the swimming is gentle slope. One has very far foot. Note that there are also several private beaches with mattress rentals nearby.
