This is a very well designed property. It has spaces for relaxation, work, eating, etc. The room we occupied was clean and modern and very innovative, with multifunctional compartments. Very interesting shower!

Got in late, room neighbor enter my room twice since connecting door was open, then the staff showed in my room without knocking to lock from my room and then leaving. Out of the 6 hrs i had to sleep i lost 2

Not really recommend if you want to visit full paris city. Very far from eiffel tower. Breakfast is really good and staff too. Ypu have a pizaa shop near near and maked amazing pizza but is closed till 11pm and monday closed.

Waiting for 5 minufor hot water not really eco friendly. Had to get technician to turn ac on. Window shades would not go up. Room a little small, but clean and quiet. Breakfast pretty good.

Aziz at the front desk/bar went above and beyond for us. He was a true gem at this hotel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I would recommend this hotel. It was conveniently located near the airport and getting into Paris, with Aziz’s help, was easy.

Quiet location (good) but elevator, air conditioner, exhaust in room not working, I learned later that it’s controlled only by staff remotely; room smells like vomit residue (was not cleaned well) dusty with mosquitoes

Very clean ecofriendly room and brand new. Nice big shower in the room but curtain to give privacy. Took Bus 2101 5 stops from Terminal 1 to get to hotel. Airport shuttle was not running at 4am so paid 22 Euros to get to airport for departure flight. Would be better to have blackout curtains in room. Elevator was not working but only had to walk 1 flight up. Beautiful welcoming lobby with compact workout gym. Great value to stay if flying out of CDG airport.

We arrived at 1:30. We were told by a young staff member we would have to wait until 4:00-4:30. Not happy but we were committed. An older staff member found us a short while and asked if she could help us. We told her that we told about our wait time and immediately said she would check us into our room. Management needs to speak with junior staff about customer service. The junior staff is making the rest of your staff look bad.
