Arrive before 8:30 or you may have a problem

The problem was at checkin. I arrived after 8:30pm so there were no staff, the checkin machine required a physical card which I had not brought with me (I was cycle touring). I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room.

Not what I was expecting

I chose B&B Avignon because few days prior we stayed at this B&B in Ulm,Germany that was fantastic! But this B&B is absolutely awful! Those type of hotels that you get scared off when you walk in the parking lot. We have kids and we didnt like the type of people who also stayed in. More like a "hourly motel" type. Very very disappointed

Notre pire expĂ©rience dans un hĂŽtel. MalgrĂ© l’intervention de la personne d’astreinte qui Ă©tait agrĂ©able (elle nous a donnĂ© un petit chauffage d’appoint et une couette supplĂ©mentaire). Les chambres donnent sur une coursive extĂ©rieure. En cette soirĂ©e de fort vent, il faisait 13 degrĂ©s Ă  notre arrivĂ©e avec un chauffage qui disfonctionnait. L’air froid passe autour de la porte et du cĂŽtĂ© de la fenĂȘtre (Ă©normes courants d’air).

Slecht hotel met niet de beloofde voorzieningen.

Het hotel was verlaten, kamers niet schoon, ontbijt matig, kamer matig. Wij reden met een elektrische auto en hadden het hotel mede geselecteerd op de aanwezigheid van laadpalen maar deze waren er totaal niet. De deur sloot niet goed aan waardoor de wind gewoon naar binnen blies. Het bed was ook niet goed waardoor ik rugpijn had in de ochtend. Ik vond de kamer het geld niet waard, eigenlijk nog niet de helft.

De passage dans cet hĂŽtel pour 2 nuits Ă  l'occasion du festival d'Avignon, rien Ă  dire, personnel prĂ©sent, accueillant, un grand parking fermĂ©, un agrĂ©able petit dĂ©jeuner, la chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, trĂšs propre, climatisĂ©e, nous sommes satisfaites. Je prĂ©cise; arrĂȘt de bus pour Avignon centre, situĂ© juste en face de l'hĂŽtel et aussi plusieurs restaurants . 👍👍
