I DESERVE A REFUND

I could not get into the hotel, but they still took my money anyways. I messaged the hotel days in advance of my late arrival, as the hotel policy required for a late check-in. The hotel ignored me and did not reply. Hotels.com did not give me a refund either because its robot could not figure out how to do it. Very disappointed.

When we checked in they said the AC was broken and was going to be fixed the next day. But it wasn't. At least they gave us a fan to use in the room and free breakfast.

Uncomfortable, hot, the bathroom was tiny and a toilet cabin off a ship.

Tired but ok

Situated on a retail park so plenty of choice re something to eat and great access for the motorways. It was clean but very tired, could do with a re-vamp. Staff very friendly but doubt I'd use again nor recommend unless it was updated.

Great for a cheap overnight stay

Was looking for a cheap place to stay overnight with a car outside Avignon. Place was clean, service was friendly and spoke great English, had a decent private bathroom and clean linens. Spacious as well. Was a bit chilly and the A/C heater worked okay but the wall heater was broken. For the price it was well worth it! Skip the breakfast, it looked a bit slim even for 5€

Basic

Stopover on route to Southern France. Very basic hotel as expected but tired and in need of a makeover. Only two towels despite booking for three people. No kettle or drink making facilities in room just a vending machine at reception. Discount at the Hippopotamus restaurant next door which we used. Next time I would pay the additional cost and stay in alternative accommodation.

Retail park location

Room was very small with bathroom even smaller - more like a pod than a room. Saving grace was air con good and hotel across road had great restaurant and got discount from Premiere Classe.

Situated on a commercial estate, we found this to be a basic, older, motel type of accommodation with small rooms. But it suited our needs of simply a place to sleep overnight, whilst being clean and functional with pleasant staff.

This is great for people who are on a budget and just want to a place to rest. The room is extremely small for 3 people though. It was hard to open luggage. Our AC was broken/leakingk, but the room was clean and tidy.

Un hôtel de film d'horreur...

Arrivé pour 2 nuitées sur le parking jonché de detritus aux 4 coins. L'ecran du distributeur automatique de clefs explosé et donc en panne. A la reception la machine pour encoder les clefs en panne. Après ouverture avec le passe nous constatons qu'il n y a pas de taies d'oreillers, pas de serviettes, plus de savon dans le distributeur. On nous en promet à la réception mais quand nous rentrons le soir tard obligés de les réclamer à nouveau!. On a d'ailleurs oublié de nous donner le code du portail ! Heureusement, je passe par l'accès pietons avec la moto. Odeur ignoble de moisi dans la chambre, moisissure avec champignons autour des huisseries. Rideau de douche crado, toilettes noires dans le fond. Tablette de nuit déglinguée. Tapis caoutchouteux dans les coursives absolument pourri. En résumé, hôtel à renover entièrement et à fuir. Des tarifs bas ne veulent pas dire établissement à la limite de l'insalubre. Les employés etaient aimables mais pas très formés . Première classe!? Laissez moi rigoler!
