Mas des Amis is a peaceful Provençal home nestled amongst Mediterranean vegetation and nature within only 5 minutes drive to the picturesque medieval Village of Le Bar sur Loup and its amenities. The property offers stunning panoramic views over the mountains and the Gorges du Loup.
There are lots of activities to keep all ages entertained at the villa while others may just want to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
Conveniently situated just 35 minutes from Nice airport in an idyllic location surrounded by beautiful Provencal villages and the famous beaches of Cannes only 40min away.
The ground floor is composed of a spacious newly refurbished living/dining area with open fire, a large modern kitchen with french windows opening onto the terrasse and garden, a laundry room, a double bedroom, shower room and play room (second lounge, dinning , T.V room). On the first floor you will enjoy an en suite master bedroom, and 2 other twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The house is set on 4000m² grounds with a 12x5m pool. A fantastic addition new this year is our custom made Argentinian Grill and Island bar. We are so thrilled with it as it provides the much sought out shade in the summer, and a great place to sit, eat, drink and enjoy the views!
Conveniently located within 35 minutes of Nice international Airport and the Croisette in Cannes 1hr from Monaco and 1h 30 from Saint Tropez and only 25 minutes from nearest the beach.

Hidden Gem

What a wonderful location. We loved every minute of our stay in such a beautiful corner of the South of France. The villa and views are absolutely stunning with the house incredibly well-equipped for small babies, children and adults to enjoy. The outdoor kitchen and Argentinian barbecue made evenings a real joy and ensured we were outside at all times. Every aspect of the booking process, check-in, departure and set up of the villa was seamless. The property manager and owner going out of their way to make sure that we were settled in and had everything to our liking. We will be back!

Great stay in nice house with gorgeous views

This is a great house to spend quality time at with friends and family. Very good spot for outdoor dinners. We went with our 6 months old daughter and the hosts were very accommodating. We also worked remotely and the wifi was great.

Belle vue - belle piscine - au calme

La maison est tres agréable, bien équipée. La vue est magnifique. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine mais aussi des baignades dans la rivière à proximité. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité et la nature environnante.

Comfortable house with a great view

We've had a very pleasant week in this very nice and comfortable house. The swimming pool and the outdoor facilities (chairs, lounge set, bar, table tennis, etc.) make it easy to spend quality time with your family and/or friends. The views are really impressive! Nicola and Adrian are very supportive to make sure you will have a great stay.

Tolles Haus, tolle Gastgeberin

Wir sind mit 7 Personen (5 Kinder) angereist. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin (Nicola) hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegben. Sie hat alle Fragen sofort beantwortet und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, was iwr in der Region unternehmen können. Ein tolles Haus, im OG 3 Schlafzimme und 2 Bäder, i, EB ein Wohn.- ein Esszimmer, eine große Küche, komplett eingerichtet, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und TRockner. Ein großer Garten mit einem sauberen Pool, sogar - wenn gewünscht - mit Heizung. Es gab ein Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte und einen großen Garten mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Spielen für Kinder. Wir sind mit dem Auto ca. 25 min zum Flughafen nach Nizza gefahren. Es gab viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn man einen negativen Punkt suchen möchte, wäre es höchstens der Weg zum Haus. Die Straße ist teilweise sehr eng und steil. Wir hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Eine ruhige schöne Gegend.

Maison très confortable, vaste, très bien équipée. Superbe piscine. Très belle vue mais route d’accès un peu difficile et voiture indispensable. Nicola a été très attentive tout au long de la location.

Superbe villa

Superbe maison, face aux montagnes. Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans la maison, elle est grande avec 2 salons, 2 grandes table ce qui permet d'etre envrion 10 personnes sur chaque table. 4 Chambres + 1 canapé lit. Les points positifs : - Grande maison avec plusieurs occupations (table de ping-pong - tele - consoles...) - Moustiquaire sur toute les fenêtres sauf porte-fenêtre - Piscine grande et beaucoup de transat - Jeux pour enfants - Grande étendue d'herbes Points Négatifs : - Situation de la maison - Maisons dans les montagnes, pour accéder à la maison il faut faire 10min de route de montagnes en venant de Grasse, dans l'autre sens 20min et pour monter à la maison attention elle se situe en haut d'une pente. - Climatisation seulement dans un des deux salon, elle est assez puissante pour refroidir tout le rdc. Mais du coup pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Pas une obligation car il fais frais le soir.

Heerlijk huis met geweldig uitzicht

Fantastisch mooi huis gelegen op een berg met wijds uitzicht. Vriendelijke en behulpzame huiseigenaar. Goede en snelle communicatie met hen. Het huis is gezellig en modern ingericht. Het ligt rustig en afgelegen, boodschappen (bakker, supermarkt etc) allemaal minimaal een kwartier rijden. Mooi ingericht huis en heerlijk zwembad.
