Emplacement idéal, parking à l intérieur de la cour mais sous un arbre donc fientes d oiseaux importantes. Cet appartement pourrait avoir du potentiel mais mobilier suranné accessoires ménager et couverts qui datent manque quantitative et qualitative 3 verres pour 1 appartementde 4 personnes Salle de bains bien mais pas lumineuse.

Mon Ă©pouse a passĂ© la semaine avec ses 2 petites filles (13 et 11ans) Elles ont adorĂ© l’appartement, son emplacement ainsi que le confort proposĂ©. SĂ©jour Ă  renouveler.

Ort zum entspannen....

Plus.... Prima Lage! Sehr zentral gelegen. Nah am Strand und am Wochenmarkt. Nur paar min. Gehweg von Zentrum. Trotzdem eine ruhige Lage. Das parken unter dem Baum im abgeschlossenen Hof war perfect! Minus... Bei der Ankunft mussten wir noch putzen... Tierhaare etc. BettwĂ€sche war nicht vorhanden und auch nicht in der Beschreibung so aufgefĂŒhrt. Diese mussten wir noch relativ teuer kaufen. Wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Im Bad KĂŒche und der Wohnung an sich hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Schöne GrĂŒĂŸe aus Deutschland

Heerlijke plek, vlak bij zee

Wij hebben ondanks het slechte weer erg genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement. Het appartement is heel dicht bij de markt, de winkelstraten en bij de boulevard. Het contactloos inchecken en de communicatie met de verhuurder verliep prima.

D’abord les plus : le parking, l’emplacement et accepte les chiens Les moins : appart rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© pleins de poussiĂšres sur les meubles et les Ă©tagĂšres des placards, pas de passage d’aspirateur sur les moquettes, j’ai mĂȘme trouvĂ© une culotte sous le lit, frigo sale et pas dĂ©congelĂ©, tĂ©lĂ© fonctionne quand elle veut perte de connexion Ă  l’antenne - par contre en arrivant un dimanche aurait pu prĂ©voir 1 bouteille d’eau vu la chaleur et du papier wc - attention ni lave vaisselle ni lave linge

Schöne Wohnung, aber ausbaufÀhig

- Sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage, ca 200 m zum Strand und 100 m zum Markt - Privater, eingezĂ€unter Parkplatz. - Die Wohnung war fĂŒr 4 erwachsene Personen etwas eng bemessen - Der Balkon zu voll gestellt. - Das Bad ist renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Der Wasserhahn lief stĂ€ndig Die Beleuchtung zu sparsam fĂŒr das Bad. Die Badewannendusche nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ. - Die FahrrĂ€der fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene leider nicht brauchbar. Um die Wohnung sauber zu halten, fehlte z.B. ein funktionstĂŒchtiger Staubsauger.
