Located on the south side of town, this top story duplex unit has spectacular views of sunsets and mountains in all directions. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, on-site laundry, and a private deck with great views. Two parking spaces, as well as on-street parking.
Tired of being isolated in the city? Escape to Leadville! Perfect getaway for hitting the slopes, climbing peaks, mountain biking or trail running.
You will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the top floor of this two-story duplex. Beware of ice and snow in the winter! A gas fireplace will help warm you up after a day on the slopes! The house is stocked with everything you should need for your stay, except your personal items. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, bath towels, pillows, etc.
