Tiny house, big adventure

Our first experience with a tiny house was great. Just a couple suggestions for a better stay: hooks to keep things off the floor. Bathroom wash cloths. Thicker pillows.

Will Stay Again

The house is in a fantastic location right off of the main strip (and close to the best pizza). The house is clean and just the right size. It had a dedicated parking spot and was very easy to access. We had all of the instructions we needed. The only downside was a lack of fan (and even though we were so high up it still was a tad warm) and we were right across the street from a bar which got super loud (but to be fair it was a Saturday night and we were most likely the only ones planning on hiking up Elbert the next morning). We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Cute property. We are mid 70s so no way to climb the STEEP stairs to bed. Had to sleep on OLD futon. A pull out bed on the first floor would be great!

The houses are located in a blighted area, limited parking space, and if you are taller than 5 foot 10 it is uncomfortably tight. The high cost does not match up with the conditions and location.

Super cute and unique stay. Wish there were more pillows for sleeping available in the room, pillows on the couch, and like a couch blanket. The stay could have used more comfort but was overall good. We would stay here again for a weekend, but probably not a longer stay

This was a fun place to stay in, but it didn't have Air conditioning like the listing said. it was 81 degrees at 10 PM because of this so it was pretty difficult to sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the floor (and unit) was. I don’t wear shoes inside anywhere and I was expecting my feet to be dirty but they weren’t. That is a huge deal to me. All utensils/cooking items/dishes/cups were in the kitchenette. The mattress was very comfortable for what it was. Overall a great price to not have to drive 2.5 hours from Denver and then hike for the day. I will definitely stay here again when planning time in the Leadville area. Right near the main road so you can walk to shops and restaurants. Overall it was veey pleasant!

Tiny House Leadville is a charming community of Tiny Homes and RVs in Leadville. It is conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. Our Tiny House--Maverick--was immaculately clean and would have been delightful to stay in longer than one night. The staff was pretty responsive to our needs. We had problems using the code to get into the house, but it was quickly sorted out. The Tiny House was beautifully arranged and had thoughtful storage features for the luggage. The beds were comfortable. The wifi worked great. My only complaints about the property were that the a/c didn't work quite as well as I hoped, it kept the lower area cool but didn't cool the lofts as well. Secondly, the Town House and RV park outside was a little run down. It would be relatively easy to fix by mowing the grass and repainting the picnic tables. The landscaping outside was shabby, but inside of the tiny house was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever get a chance to return to Leadville and I would recommend it to my friends.

Love a Tiny House in Leadville!

This was our first time to Leadville and the first time we have ever stayed at a Tiny House and we give it a thumbs up. Communication from the management team was awesome, the tiny house was clean and the location could not have been more perfect. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to book a Tiny House again!

Booked a tiny house, was told we were being moved to another one. No explanation. The tiny house we booked many weeks in advance was being used by other guests on the day we had reserved it. The hair dryer didn't work and reported that, that request was ignored.

1st Tiny House experience

We needed a place to stay one night in Leadville on the way back through Colorado. Leadville ended up being a great town and more nights would have been enjoyable. The Tiny House Martin was clean and had all you need. It was close to main street, though in a row of tiny houses, it felt private. Loved it more than a hotel. Park at the door. Have all you need to rest and relax right in the house.
