I’ve stayed before and loved it. I still enjoyed it this time and will definitely come again but I was in one of the further away rooms which haven’t been renovated which I wouldn’t have minded so much but the cleanliness wasn’t great. I think although the bathroom is old and needs refurbishment there could have been more effort made to make it a bit cleaner. For example mould and rust in the bathroom etc. and loads of water marks on the bath, dust and dirt on the floor

We stayed here as a stop over as we were visiting locally. The hotel staff were fabulous. Professional, helpful and informative. The inside space was comfortable, clean and felt spacious. There were places to sit away from our room and we made use of the bar. The bedroom was clean and the bottles of water along with the tea and coffee were welcomed. Breakfast was buffet style and there were lots of choices. It was all delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. After checking out we walked around the grounds for a bit enjoying the sunshine. Even though we went out for the evening the whole experience was so relaxing it felt as if we had stayed longer. What a find! We will be back

Stayed in a standard room this time, disappointing - bathroom grubby around the edges and dirty marks on the outside of the toilet. The tv on the desk at the side of the bed made it awkward to watch - I’d recommend paying a bit more for the superior room.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The pool is great and the breakfast is amazing, so much choice. Lovely touch with the free tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit in the lounge.

The gym was basic and the locker system wasn't functioning. Staff are great though throughout the hotel and the area around the hotel is very good. Great Indian restaurant down the road.
