I’ve been returning to this hotel for years whenever I visit Manchester, and it never disappoints. The rooms are consistently spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown, where you’ll find a plethora of restaurants and charming shops. However, during my last stay, my friend and I were surprised by an unexpected charge. We headed down to the self-serve ordinary breakfast buffet, and while a waiter kindly brought us coffee, we were shocked to discover a $50 charge per plate at the end of our meal. It would have been great to know in advance that what is often complimentary at other hotels came with such a hefty price tag here.

Very nice property. The king bed room is very spacious and the bathroom is quite large. Here for a college tour and if we end up nearby, would definitely stay here again.

The rooms could use updating due to stains on ceilings ( blood?) and peeling wallpaper. Otherwise great quick 1 night stay. Room was semi quiet ( thin walls) and super easy parking & convenient location. We went to the Palace for a show & ate at the Crown( SO good)
