The Standard Double Room is a refined and well-kept room for two people for rent in the center of Lecce for vacations within walking distance of the city`s baroque heart and all amenities.
Located in an elegant building in a residential area, the room is complete with en suite shower room, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, TV, mini fridge and hair dryer.
Common to all guests is a lobby with electric kettle and coffee maker, as well as a small courtyard with tables and chairs.

The standard double room is a room with its own entrance, furnished with a comfortable double bed, and is complete with an en suite shower room.
The room, on request, can be made communicating with another double (Small Double) thus reaching a capacity of 4 beds.

Liberty Barocco is an elegant building located on Via Orsini del Balzo, a quiet residential area in the center of Lecce, a charming area of the old city, rich in history, culture and Baroque charm. All services are within easy reach.
The entrance to the historic center is less than a 500-meter walk, as is the Castle of Charles V, Piazza Sant`Oronzo and all the city`s main attractions.
The
narrow, picturesque streets around Via Orsini del Balzo are bordered by
ancient Baroque palaces with intricate details and wrought-iron
balconies. Every nook and cranny reveals a story, with centuries-old
churches, hidden courtyards and pretty squares telling of the city`s
glorious past.
The neighborhood has a vibrant cultural scene, with
art galleries, design boutiques, and craft stores where you can
discover local artwork, handmade jewelry, and one-of-a-kind pieces that
celebrate local creativity. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation, each 2 days.
- Change of linen, each 3 days.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The room, upon request, can be made communicating with another double room.
