Large sliding pocket glass doors create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, offering a stunning opening to the terrace. The villa also includes three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a private bathroom. Additionally, there is an extra bathroom and a separate toilet.

All rooms in the house are air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort in all seasons.

Outside, the property sits on a fully enclosed 1,000m² plot, equipped with an electric gate, and boasts a private pool for moments of relaxation and refreshment.
