We had a very efficient and pleasant check in experience. Our room was ready even though we were an hour ahead of check in time. The room itself was great. Everything we could have asked for and the bed was very comfortable with great quality pillows, which makes all the difference to a good nights sleep. We’d definitely stay here again.

All was good until we went back to room to pick up bags before checkout and found our keys did not work. This meant a trip to reception to be told the keys would stop working at 11.00 a.m yet it was not yet 11.00 a.m. Then back up to room to find card still didn’t work. So back down from 6th floor and back to reception while my wife stood waiting. It was awkward and embarrassing as rather than simple apology I had the lecture about keys not working after 11.00 when it was not yet 11.00, and only when challenged was explanation given that the clock on computer was not working. A small thing but it left us with bad overall experience.

Very friendly reception staff, very clean and comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Too hot in the room and it was impossible to lower the temperature, using the controls in the room, so sleep was interrupted due to being too warm.

Hotel lobby, rooms and rooftop bar were great but breakfast was absolute carnage! Not enough staff, no cutlery, glasses, bowls etc. Not enough food and was simply just chaos.

Excellent stay - arrived slightly early and they gave us access to our room, the check in staff were warm and welcoming with a smile. The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities were great. Check out was quick and a different member of staff but an equally friendly transaction. Although we dined out we did use the rooftop cocktail bar which was fabulous. Would definatley stay here again - great staff, great facilities, great location.
