Great location and room. Only disappointment was that I asked for a bottle of water to have for the gym and was told by two members of staff that I had to buy one. £2 later and I enter the gym to find bottles of water provided. The staff should be aware of this as it was money out of my pocket that I didn’t need to spend.

We stayed 3 nights. The room was big, bed was comfy. There’s quite a few teething problems and it’s a new hotel so I’m sure it will improve. We had to repack and change rooms as the first room door wouldn’t lock. Dealt with swiftly and efficiently by a member of the reception team. Bizarrely our request from housekeeping on day 2 for extra coffees was met, yet the room was not cleaned or any housekeeping done? The TV was pixilated and couldn’t be watched. The lift stuck . Having said all of this, the staff were amazing … very young, very polite and welcoming. Good work team … onwards and upwards … Location perfect

Great stay at this new hotel. The room and bathroom were immaculate. I did have a couple of issues with my room after check in but these were quickly rectified. The staff on reception were really helpful and special thanks to Jenna who went over and above to ensure I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return to this hotel

Very nice ultra modern hotel in a newly developed area. Right beside Leeds train station and the city center. Short walk to bars, restaurants etc. Perfect for a business stay in Leeds or a tourist break.

Great stay

Modern, clean and spacious room. Stayed at the hotel two nights while visiting to attend Leeds festival. Room had a great layout and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We attended breakfast on both mornings in the zoom restaurant, continental buffet. Lovely food and nice atmosphere. Breakfast was an add on for £16 per person per morning, the breakfast was well worth the money for quality and options offered. Thank you Hyatt for a great stay.
