Stayed for one night at the Malmaison Leeds. We were not in the room bery long but when we were we could not get the tv to work, asked a member of staff who was outside the room who werent much help. FOUND STAINS ON TH BED

Amazing stay at this lovely hotel

I can not rate this hotel and my stay enough. I do a lot of travelling with work and stay at a lot of hotels - including the Malmaison in Manchester Deansgate only a few weeks ago. The hotel is ideally situated close to the train station and at the heart of the city so walking around and getting connection is very easy. The hotel is pleasant and to a good decent standard but what really sets this hotel apart is the fantastic hotel staff who are exceptional. Bringing that Leeds and West Yorkshire warmth to their service, you feel at ease and right at home, as only you can get in West Yorkshire. It really sets this hotel apart from being just another stay in any hotel, so one where you really feel welcomed to the city with a fantastic stay and comfortable bed too. Oh and the food & drink are exceptional!! So so good. Way surpass the usual dross or standards fare you get in some hotels so much so that we ate there every day and other mates came and joined us and loved it as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend and most definitely stay again! (Picture is of the delightful view from my room on 2nd floor).

Room was very dirty and bed frame ripped! Asked to move rooms but as there was non similar to my room type I asked for it to be re cleaned. Waited ample time and came back to the same dirty room! Dust everywhere and cobwebs in the windows.

The team at the Malmaison in Leeds are amazing. The bar team welcomed me and my little dog as if we were coming home and looked after us so well after a long day in the office. Small but lovely clean room was kitted out with a dog bed, bowls and treats. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Leeds on business. The other guests were all lovely as well! Thank you Team Malmaison.
