The room was not clean (food left in the fridge) so that the room smelt when we arrived. Whilst we swapped rooms, my sister was staying in the same hotel and paying the same price for a normal room (whereas we had paid for a suite) which was much bigger, lighter and newer spec. We were on the first floor so you couldn’t open the window without hearing the traffic from outside and also smelling weed. We complained again at the front desk, but still were not offered a refund - beyond disappointing for the price the hotel charged.

Apartment was a really good size, with everything you could need, and was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend, and will stay again. Check in was good and reception staff very friendly.

Issue with 1 bathroom. Pungent smell and both bathroom extractor fans were not working. When asked they didn’t fix and parking space was terrible for SUV it was almost unable to park at first night given space

Big apartment. Quiet on the higher floor except for neighbours. Most apartment amenities were available, good water pressure and drainage. Would be good to have more hooks to hang towels, as well as kitchen paper towel.

We stayed here because our son moved into an apartment nearby. Northern Quarter is a great location, plenty of shops and bars and close to Arndale shopping centre. The staff on reception were really helpful. The apartment itself was ideal, 2 bedrooms, and a very well equipped kitchen, allowing us to have tea and coffee the next morning, there was even fresh milk in the fridge! Great views too - we were on the 14th floor. Only word of caution is the car park - spaces are very tight

It’s was just good enough. No window in the second bedroom, and gets very warm - there’s no aircon. Bath filler to shower valve was stuck and couldn’t switch between the two, shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so had to hold it whilst showering and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet. All annoying little things that mean it was just meh. Good size of rooms and actually seating for four individuals.

Excellent 4 night stay

Excellent 4 night stay here. We booked a studio but we were upgraded to a suite which was super spacious and very clean. Great shower, fully equipped kitchen meant we could cook/eat in if we wanted, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, the works. Location is very convenient - 12 min walk from Piccadilly station where we came in to, and very close to Piccadilly Gardens for trams and buses. Also loads of shopping around the corner. There is construction work going on so a bit of noise from that during the day but you should be out exploring Manchester, not sitting in your hotel right? We would stay here again for sure.
