Just WOW ! What an Amazing Place to stay at. Room, food, staff, Parking. Could not fault the place. 2 Ladies on Reception helped me out with a little mistake I did while Booking ( I booked North instead of South ) doh ! But Sara and Izzy sorted it out for is in a Jiffy. Staff great on arrival after being let down by expedia for an air bnb type rental in Leeds. Was booked here as emergency accomadation. Placed in family room was like being in the centre of a playgroup classroom noisy as hell kids running up and screaming along corridors. Asked to be moved twice. On 3rd day was downgraded to tiny room less facilities had no towels, full bin, dirty bathroom. Asked for towels and when said to the same receptionist in the morning she hadn't sent towels up no apology just said "no need to be rude about it" We were assured bed and breakfast and first 2 days received none....3rd day got breakfast but was virtually gone on arrival. Did get told "well at least you can use pool facilities" obviously didn't notice my bright blue cast on my broken arm ! Two staff were pleasant and proffesdional / sympathetic. One receptionist needs retraining or moving to a rear of house dept. Her smirky grin non helpful condesending attitudeis NOT what we reccomend as bnb hosts ourselves. !!!

Welcome was great. Room was 129 and seemed to be a accessible room and had an adjourning door, which was very noisy from the neighbours. Heating didn't seem to work. Corridor in the evening smelt of weed, which wasn't very pleasant

Easy stay, room was fine, really good amenities, kids loved the pool and wife was really impressed by the gym. She uses Village hotels with work and said the gym / pool here was by far the best she’s used. Would use again.
