Great apartment, but...

The Apartment was easy to find, clean, spacious, and easily accessable, but the management company didn't return calls or emails, and the office for collecting the keys was the other side of the city. The heating wasn't programmed so woke up to a cold room, and the hot water is on an electric boiler, so needs time to warm up. Generally a nice stay but little things let it down. This won't stop me staying again but only if the local hotels are full.

Cancelled due to admin errors

Awful communication, the wrong address sent, then told at the last minute I had to go and collect the keys from across the city, this was unacceptable so I cancelled but they retained 50% of my payment.

Excellent apartment. Well placed for a city access

Excellent apartment - very comfy bed. Good contact with owner who answered all my questions promptly and satisfactorily. Well placed for access to the city and other parts of Yorkshire
