New apartment, 60 sqm for 1 - 4 people. Furnished with taste and attention.

Quiet residential area but close to center (pedestrian zone, historic Old Town, Harbour Museum, bahnhofsnah) located near the rivers Jümme, Ems and Leda. A few hundred meters to Evenburg with a beautiful park and a cozy cafe and paddle station. Pünte (hand-operated ferry) and Hamm Rich (meadows and fields, well-developed bike paths, beautiful flora and fauna) are not far away and easily accessible by bike.

And even if the sun does not shine: read one of our many books or try out our games.

Anzeige irreführend, Wohnung abgewohnt,Alptraum!!

Keine Gartenmitbenutzung, kein Wintergarten, Baulich nicht!! getrennt von Vermieterwohnung. Man teilt sich ein Haus, die Ferienwohnung ist in der oberen Etage. Alles offen. Unten waren Katzen, das geht mit Hund überhaupt nicht.Zwischendurch rief die Vermieterin hoch, also keine Privatsphäre.Wohnung abgewohnt. Speckige Polstermöbel, kaputte Sofas, Tropfender Heizkörper, Toaster kaputt, Rolladen von Fenster ging nicht hoch,also dunkel, teilweise blinde Fensterscheiben. Fehlendes Leuchtmittel in der einzigen Stehlampe, Brandflecken auf dem Küchentisch,.. Man guckt auf einen verwilderzen Garten und ein mit Grünanlagenbelag übersätes Plastikdach,wenn man vom Balkon schaut.Es roch komisch und nach Katzen.Wasser ist auch nicht in der Nähe, Anzeige irreführend!!! Es war schrecklich.3tage fiel die Heizung und Warmwasser aus, habe 140 Euro zurückbekommen.Es war richtig schlimm. Hätte ich nicht wg. Kranken Angehörigen vor Ort sein müssen, ich wäre sofort abgereist!!!Ich hatte Besuch und mir wurde noch unterstellt, dass dieser über Nacht blieb.Musste das Zimmer wechseln,weil der Nachbar unüberhörbar Schlagzeug spielt.Vorm Haus durfte ich ebenfalls nicht parken,wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.Bucht auf keinen Fall diese Wohnung!!!Alptraum!!!

Wir waren entäuscht!

Die Beschreibung zu der Wohnung entspricht nicht der Wirklichkeit wie im Internet angegeben. Sauberkeit und Staub in Ecken und das Bad u.Dusche waren nicht so einladend. Obwohl angeben das alles vorher auf den hygienischen Standards gebracht wird!!! Passt somit nicht? 4Tage reichten. 😭😭

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung !

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen ! Die Liebevolle Ausstattung und die sehr gute Betreuung durch die Inhaber haben einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen . Wir kommen gern einmal wieder !
