The construction complex of 4 independent residences, is found in one of the most beautiful parts of the island. In an area full of pine and cypress trees, next to Agios Nikitas village and overlooking the famous “Kathisma” beach.

Each residence is fully independent and enjoys clear view to the blue Ionian waters and stunning sunsets.

The Villas are divided into two levels. The upper level has a comfortable living room, a fireplace, a dining room, bathroom and a large veranda. Above the living room there is an open loft which communicates with internal wooden ladder. The lower level has 2 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom.

The architecture of the complex is fully aesthetically adapted to the environment and is based on traditional and local features.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator and an oven.

Villa Scorpina

We chose this villa due to its magnificent view from the greenery top looking over the Ionian blue and for its capacity. We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the clean facilities and the location, happily surprised by the paragliding over our house to the beach. Looking forward to return soon!
