The stunning Villa Luxe is located on the mountainside of the seaside village of Sivota.
A new property built with very high standards and great design.
This three bedroom villa is ideal for families and friends, offering a fantastic view over the bay of Sivota, the mountains and the clear blue water of the Ionian Sea. Here you will come across a unique degree of privacy and style.
When you drive up the mountain side road leading to Villa Luxe you are immediately captivated by the charming beauty of this one-of-a-kind property. When entering the villa you will get a feel for the impressive décor that combines glass and concrete with deluxe pieces of furniture that make for a fantastic result. The large open plan, fully equipped kitchen is in the center of the living area which offers a cozy sofa that doubles as a sofa bed and an entertainment system equipped with an Xbox for the children.
If you follow the hallway with gorgeous concrete elements, you will see the three large double bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that provides for extra privacy between guests.
All bedrooms plus the living area have large glass sliding doors that face the pool area with an amazing view of the Ionian Sea and surrounding mountains. The outdoor space will become your favorite area to spend your time around the large infinity pool, grilling tasty feasts on the BBQ, sharing family moments on the outdoor dining settings, and taking in the delightful rays of Mediterranean sun in the cozy lounging areas.

Wonderful villa at a great part of Lefkada

We had the most amazing family vacation with our 2 adult children staying at Villa Luxe in Lefkada. Driving up a dirt road for about 10 minutes, we arrived at our villa situated on the hillside of the quaint, picturesque Sivota Bay. Upon our arrival, we were left breathless with the most amazing views overlooking mountains, islands and the Ionian Sea. The villa is brand new and appointed with all the modern amenities and tasteful furnishings. Three equal sized bedrooms have comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms and showers. The villa manager was always ready to help and answer our questions. We had a great time going to the beautiful beaches of Lefkada, renting boats to spend the day out at sea discovering private coves and eating fantastic fresh food at the Greek tavernas. We can’t wait to be back!
