Fantastic wooden house for 10 people, ideally located within walking distance to one of the most beautiful bay beaches and the fishing village L'Herbe.
This wonderful, newly constructed and tastefully furnished holiday home is located in a beautiful, old and quiet residential area very close to the bay beaches, on an enclosed property with parking, in the Avenue d'Arguin. Both the beautiful garden and the lovely terrace seating with integrated grill make it ideal for a relaxing holiday. The comfortable living area consists of a saloon with TV and integrated, fully equipped American kitchen. The 4 bedrooms have partial access to the terrace, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60m, 2 bedrooms with double bed 1.40m and a bedroom with two bunk beds. There are two shower rooms each with toilet. Garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols are available. The chalet is located in L'Herbe; the bay and the fishing village with a restaurant and oyster tasting are within walking distance. Distance: 300m to the bay, 1.5km to the ocean, 400m to shops and restaurants.
