This semi-detached house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge opening onto a terrace and a 70 m² enclosed garden, a separate WC with washbasin, and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning equipment. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with two 90x190 cm beds), as well as a bathroom with WC.
