Overall a good hotel. New. But they lack on cleanliness. Toilet brush Container with dirty water. Trash bin in bathroom wasn’t emptied. Dirty finger taps on toilet flush. Dusty in the corners From a barely 1 year old hotel and 4 stars expected more

Nicely renovated hotel with excellent service.

Wonderful newly renovated Best western with excellent service. My arrival was early and the receptionist held my bag and to my surprise when I checked in an hour later my back was waiting for me in my room. It was not the service I normally am accustomed to when staying at a best western. In addition, I received a juice and glass of sparkling wine when the room was ready. For the price, comfort and location it was a delight to overnight there.

The place to stay in Leipzig.

This hotel is in a superb location! The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast is excellent with a big variety and offers more than just an average one. If we have one complaint is that it took ages for our room to be made up during our four day stay. Two days the service staff pitched up later than 16h00 and did not clean or replace the glasses.
