Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled in a peaceful.and private setting at the back of Leithfield Village.

The property includes internal access double garage for ease of access. The kitchen is equipped with an air fryer and coffee machine plus the normal kitchen equipment.

Whether you are stopping for a night or want to use it as a base for exploring. the wider Christchurch and North Canterbury areas, this cosy cottage is s a great option.
The space
The main bedroom has a very comfy king ned. The second bedroom has a very comfy king single bed. There is a heat pump in the loving room tomprovide year round comfort.

The house is set up for 3 people but I can add a single bed into the main bedroom or lounge if required.

The water is filtered and is very good, just like spring water.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned cottage. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Pleasant Stay

We had a pleasant 4 night stay, house lovely and clean and very accessible however a couple of things we feel need to be addressed : first the shower pressure was very poor and difficult to maintain and achieve a consistent heat, there was no “welcome information” so we were unable to operate the TV without instruction; and just a suggestion, but a couple of bedside tables wouldn’t go amiss, otherwise it met our expectations.

Leithfield country cottage

very minimalist - shower very poor pressure and couldn't find a happy medium to shower, either very hot or cold. I rate a property on how functional the shower is and this wasn't at all.

Cottage Garden Stay

We had a lovely stay, the beds were very comfortable, the house was large and very clean and tidy. I would definetly stay there again.
