A clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel with easy access to the centre of Lerici. The hotel has a pleasing view of the harbour, a great breakfast buffet, and the free parking was very welcome. The decoration is a tad dated, but it is all to a good standard and relaxing. I want to give a special nod to the catering staff who managed the breakfasts as well as the cleaning staff--they were very friendly and accommodating. Our only minor quibble was that the front desk staff could be a bit brusque (for example, we felt like we asked a stupid question when we asked where the valet parked our car). Otherwise this is a good option if you're staying in Lerici.

Charming hotel with a beautiful view. The rooms were small however we were traveling with very large suitcases! The hotel was so accommodating taking us wherever we needed to go! Definitely a very special place!

Great location and amazing breakfast

Really clean and comfortable hotel. Fantastic location... but the cherry on the cake was the amazing breakfast on the terrace with the view over the bay. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice , good value and nice staff

5 nights in early august. Parking is a bit chaotic - you have to leave keys with staff. Rooms clean, staff very nice and breakfast was great with amazing view over Lerici We got the walk up the hill from Lerici down to 7 mind Ian

A comfortable hotel with a great free shuttle service to and from town. was a little disappointed by the lack of services offered by the hotel - no restaurant - not very easy to get a drink or coffee from the bar and feel that they are missing out as you don's always want to go down into town and as they have such spectacular views and it was very relaxing to sit up on their terrace in the evening

Amazing Hotel!

This hotel blew us away. The lobby looks a little odd initially when you walk in, don't let that fool you. The hotel staff was so friendly. The man who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are extremely clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. We paid for an upgraded view of the coast and we received that and more! Gorgeous view and adorable balcony. Location is less than a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the Waterfront. If you're hoping to lay on the beach, they're mostly private. People just lay on large rocks. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. Awesome presentation of the food, so many options, and your view on the terrace while eating breakfast can't be beat! We are looking forward to visiting and staying at the Grand Hotel Europa again!

A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location.

A very comfortable boutique hotel located high on a hill overlooking the beautiful town of Lerici. Accessible to the harbour for boat tours to Cinque Terra. The hotel provides a free taxi service to and from the town centre.

Upon arrival the desk was not very helpful, he asked for our passports told us our room number and then we were on our own. He did offer any help even to as the direction of the elevator. No offer to help with baggage, no info about hotel amenities, nothing really. The hotel was clean, rooms average in size although the bathrooms, you could not call attractive.

Upon arrival the receptionist Luigi was extremely welcoming and helpful. The area was beautiful. Short walk down to the town center which had really good restaurants, scenery and access to cinque terre by ferry. Breakfast and service was great. We really felt welcomed and pleased with our choice of hotel and area.

Summer vacation of 2016

We stayed in your hotel for 2 nights, we had 2 rooms. The view of our rooms were excellent, very comfortable and the staff was helpful. Your free breakfast was amazing with so much variety. The road from the main highway to the hotel and from the hotel to the waterfront was so long and windy.

Incredible Views, Solid Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Europa. Lerici is a town about 30 minutes south of Cinque Terre. It's less touristy than the 5 towns, and it's absolutely picturesque. We had an amazing view of the cove from our room. It was magical. Make sure you reserve a water-facing room.
