The cottage stands on a vast and enclosed property in the middle of Provence Verte, the green Provence, where it welcomes its guests with a magnificent private pool.



The main area is on the ground level and includes a spacious living room, a modern kitchen, a room with fireplace and flat screen TV, as well as three bedrooms and a bathroom.



By the pool, an expansive terrace and poolhouse with grill await. Behind the house runs a railroad line, but it is very rarely used and therefore not a real noise nuisance.



The Gard is rich in natural attractions: Heaths, the Camargue Natural Park, the Pont du Gard and the valley of the Cèze with the beautiful cascades of Sautadet. Here you will also vacation between the Alpilles, the Monts de Vaucluse and the Luberon. A stone's throw away, behind a beautifully preserved fortification, lures the lively city of Avignon with the former papal palace, a historic old town and renowned restaurants.



Nearby (5 minutes) runs the Côtes du Rhône wine route, along which you can taste renowned grape juices in places like Gigondas, Vacqueyras, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and stroll through mountain villages that are officially among the most beautiful in France.

Tolle Ausgangslage für Ziele der Provence

Sauberes Haus, Geschirr vorhanden, aber alle Dinge, die fürs Kochen benötigt werden, müssen mitgebracht werden (also keine Reste von Vormietern, wie oft in Ferienhäusern vorhanden). Toller Pool, großer Garten mit u a. Feigenbäumen, TT Platte, Volleyballfeld. In Avignon ist man in 5 Minuten. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Niveau ménage, compte tenu du prix, nous nous attendions à nettement mieux. La ligne de chemin de fer (soit disant très peu fréquentée) est a quelques mètres de la maison et fait tout de même pas mal de bruit à plusieurs reprises dans la journée. Le propriétaire (très sympathique au demeurant) passe pour nettoyer la piscine mais sans prévenir, à notre grande surprise. L'arrière de la maison est un entreposage de matériel de chantier et la cuisine manque cruellement d'ustensiles et de matériels. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une bonne semaine de vacances pour autant, juste quelques points à améliorer pour que ce soit tip top !!!

De foto's op de site moeten geupdate worden. Het meubilair komt niet overeen. En lijkt allemaal nieuw, maar is aan een opknapbeurt toe. De keuken functioneert, maar oogt mooier dan het allemaal is. Voor ons functioneerde het allemaal prima, maar voor de prijs en de foto's hadden we meer verwacht.

Maison au top

Super maison bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont très bien aménagés. Les propriétaires sont très agréables. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Seul petit bémol, la voie ferrée toute proche.
