All the amenities and shops are just 25 m away from the residence. There is a ski hire shop, a small supermarket and a restaurant. The residence has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Parking is possible in front of the residence for an extra supplement. Surface area : about 33 m². 1st floor. Orientation : North-East, South-West. View ski slopes and valley. Living room with sofa-bed, pull-out bed, radiator. Bedroom with pull-out bed, 2 bunk beds, radiator. Kitchen with coffee machine, oven / microwave, toaster, electric mixer, fridge. Bathroom. WC.
