A charming 18th-century cottage, located near a farm and the owner's residence, divided into three gîtes, with a shared covered swimming pool (7x7m) open year-round and a relaxation area with sun loungers. The Porthos gîte sleeps 6. Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen, WC, one bedroom (1 king-size bed 180x190cm) (decorative fireplace) with en-suite shower room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (four single beds 90cm that can be joined together), a WC, and a shower room (accessed via a step) connecting the two bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and a shade sail, as well as a shared garden of approximately 7000m². A shared games room with a pool table and darts is available. Access to a laundry room with washing machines and dryers is also available. Gas heating is included. Bed linens and towels provided.

Turn right again on rue du Bignon. At the roundabout, head towards Mesnard-la-Barotière. Le Châtelier is about 2.5km to the left of the roundabout.
