Spread over two levels, you'll find on the first floor of this magnificent chalet:

Upstairs, you'll find:
> 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a balcony with a view, and the other with an en suite shower room (washbasin, shower)
> Bathroom (washbasin, bath, toilet)
> Mezzanine area with games and books for the family
> A separate toilet completes this floor

Important information: Please do not dispose of sanitary towels or wipes in the toilet, as this may cause blockages in the pipes throughout the property.


During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Located in Le Griaz, a sought-after area of Les Houches for its calm and proximity to the center of Les Houches and Chamonix.
Just 5 minutes from the chalet, you'll find Les Houches ski resort, as well as numerous shops (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, tourist office, sports equipment, etc.).
The Merlet park is just a few minutes away, and is a particularly popular place for families to discover the local flora and fauna. It will be a pleasure to provide you with recommendations tailored to your needs.


There are 2 free parking spaces in front of the chalet. You will need winter equipment to drive up to the chalet (mandatory). For travelers without a car, the ‘La Griaz - Le Tourchet’ bus stop is 900m from the chalet, and we provide guest cards so you can take advantage of public transport and easily discover the rest of the valley, in particular with the typical Mont Blanc Express train.
