Cottage in Vendée with Spa and Terrace

Discover the Vendée region and much more during your stay in this gîte located 25 km from the Green Venice, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin Regional Natural Park. Its location allows you to visit a variety of places: O'Gliss Park water park (34 km), beaches and coastline at L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'île (39 km), La Rochelle (59 km), Les Sables d'Olonne (63 km) or Île de Ré (66 km), and of course the famous Puy du Fou theme park (47 km). This renovated, single-story barn offers a living/dining/kitchen area with a wood-burning stove and reversible air conditioning, two bedrooms each equipped with two single beds that can be joined together, a shower room, and a separate toilet. From the living room, you can access the conservatory, which has a small wood-burning stove for winter and where you will find a 5-person hot tub and armchairs for your relaxation. Outside, you'll find a covered terrace with garden furniture, a lounge area, and a barbecue; a second terrace with a lounge area next to the greenhouse, directly accessible from one of the bedrooms; and a large, enclosed garden, landscaped with trees and hedges, shared with the owners, where you'll find a pond and a heated swimming pool (12.5 x 5 m) open from May to September. A bicycle storage area is also available.

The accommodation is located very close to the owners' residence, in a small hamlet of a few houses, 4 km from the village.

All-inclusive rate:

- We are present and available from your arrival until your departure.

- We provide towels, sheets, foutas (beach towels), bathrobes, and slippers for the spa. For stays longer than 5 days, a change of linen is included upon request. (We use the services of a specialized social enterprise.)
- End-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than 5 days, mid-stay cleaning of the cottage is included upon request.

- Mid-stay cleaning of the spa is also offered for stays longer than 5 days.

- Bathroom welcome kit (local products) and kitchen welcome kit included.

Additional charge: Tourist tax.
